In addition you should cancel the contract - but you should do that in addition and only as a measure of precaution in case a judge should say the trickform is a contract .- Having done that you should cut any contact. After you declared that you cannot accept the misleading form as a contract DAD Deutscher Adressdienst must seek a legal decision - and it is very improbable that they will do that - more likely they will force you with letters and phonecalls, with fax and email, to pay - in the end they will offer you an "out of court settlement" . The best reactioin is to tell them that you are eagerly waiting for them to take legal action so you can clarify the truth. If you are enraged enough about this dirty game you can take legal action yourself and ask the court to find out, if you signed a contract or a scam form. It is better to do that than to wait - because DAD Deutscher Adressdienst is threatening with legal action in Germany hoping to intimidate the "customers" - and if you believe they might do that it is better to take legal action in your home country.
